Conduit is a directory that connects AI tools to Australian local businesses. We connect publicly available business information to AI assistants, making local services discoverable and actionable. Conduit does not directly provide the services listed in the directory.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Conduit. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Business Listings

• Conduit connects Australian businesses to AI from publicly available sources.
• Business owners may claim and manage their listing by contacting us.
• We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, or violate these Terms.
• Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement by Conduit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Conduit for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the directory in bulk without permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding on Conduit are owned by Aurasite Software Pty Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Conduit is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information is always accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the businesses listed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Conduit and Aurasite Software Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Conduit at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any reason at our discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
